Where can I ship my order?
If you have a Canadian postal code and you are able to receive mail from Canada Post, then you are able to ship a Lucky Herbz order to that same location! We service all adults across Canada.
Do you do returns?
Refunds are and returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, please reach out to email@example.com with pictures of the faulty product and let us know the details behind the situation.
Are the pictures real?
You certainly will. All of our pictures are taken in house so you know you are seeing exactly what you will receive. We pride ourselves in taking great pictures of our products so you can really see what you buy.
How do I pay?
Currently, we take all payments by e-transfer. This process is done through your online banking application. If you are unsure about how to send an e-transfer, check out this youtube video.
We do not accept cash, cheque, money order, crypto or credit card payments.
Do I get a receipt?
We do not issue receipts, but you can check all of your order history in your past orders under “My account”. Note that you must sign up in order for the system to track your order history.

Do "out of stock" products come back?
Yes! We like to keep our stock consistent for our members. For products like vapes, edibles, shatter, capsules and tinctures, we most certainly restock.
On the other hand, flower products have more of a turnaround. If a flower product is popular we always do our best to bring it back!
